How to Initiate a Return
Eligibility:
- Snapbacks must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at support@brocap.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: We will send you detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and a return authorization number.
Refund Process
Return Shipping: Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.
Return Confirmation:
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 24 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and verifying the return.
Coverage Scenarios
- Customer Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued for the item cost minus the original shipping charge.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Timeframe
